Melissa Bailey – Executive Chef
Melissa Bailey, our Executive Chef at the Boat House Pub & Eatery, brings over 24 years of culinary expertise, including 16 years in kitchen management. Her experience spans casual dining, fine dining, and high-volume catering for events like weddings and banquets. Most recently, Melissa served as Head Chef at Hidden Glen Golf Club in Cedarburg, where she excelled in crafting from-scratch dishes and leading a collaborative kitchen team. Passionate about quality, innovation, and mentorship, Melissa is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
