Introducing Our New Executive Chef: Melissa Bailey

We’re excited to introduce Melissa Bailey, the new Executive Chef at the Boat House Pub & Eatery in Downtown Kenosha!

Chef Melissa brings over 24 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with 16 of those years dedicated to leading kitchen teams. Most recently, she served as the Head Chef at Hidden Glen Golf Club in Cedarburg, where she was responsible for crafting high-quality dishes from scratch, overseeing high-volume catering events, and leading a team with efficiency and care. Her expertise spans from casual bar and grill establishments to fine dining, along with extensive experience catering large events like weddings and banquets.

Known for her creativity and leadership, Chef Melissa is passionate about crafting memorable dining experiences while fostering a strong, team-oriented kitchen environment. A self-described problem solver and quick thinker, she’s committed to making every dish something to savor.

When she’s not delighting guests with her culinary skills, you can find Chef Melissa enjoying time with her fiancé and kids or exploring hobbies like fishing, hiking, painting, and driving her Mini Cooper.
