This year’s Brunch with Santa is more than just a fun event—it’s a chance to give back. Proceeds from the brunch will benefit the Kenosha Human Development Services (KHDS) Foster Care Program. This vital program provides nurturing environments and essential resources for children in foster care.
“Each year, KHDS equips our Treatment Foster Parents with specialized training and resources to care for vulnerable children. These Specialized Foster Homes offer more than shelter—they provide structure, therapeutic environments, and a caring team dedicated to each child’s unique journey. Many children arrive without basic necessities. Your generosity helps us provide essentials like warm blankets, cozy pajamas, comforting toys, and school supplies. It also supports Foster Parents with group activities and family outings. We’re so grateful for community partners like the Boat House. This event is a beautiful way for your children to help support ours during their time in care,” shared Jeannine M. Field, Executive Director at KHDS.
